During the film, I could not help but think, "this movie is just like the war in Iraq--way too long, and I don't even know why I'm here."One can only laugh at George W. Bush for so long. The damn thing just dragged. The film also would have been much better if it stopped once Bush reached the White House. As we are still in the midst of the Iraq debacle, it's just too soon to try and recapture it in film. I was bored and antsy.
I also am not sure how fact-based the movie even is. I question how the relationships between W. and his daddy, and W. and his wife were created. I should look into this.
Overall, don't waste your time.
I must say, Condy suffered the most. Her portrayal was so awful that it was painful to watch.

I was so excited for this movie, but you are the third person I've heard say that it was bad. I'm taking this off my list of things to see in theaters. Hopefully Religulous doesn't disappoint!
