drowning after you leave the pool?

A ten-year-old boy drowned after he left the pool. Apparently, he had swallowed water, later felt tired at home and took a nap. When someone came to check on him, water was coming out of his nose and he was having trouble breathing. He later died at the hospital. So strange.
