So many of us are leading lives seamlessly among our brothers and sisters who have not had to go through transition ....we are coworkers, friends, and all is good. But, I worry. I worry what will happen to me if I am in an accident, and need life saving care, or surgery. My partner will be there if at all possible, to watch over me, but I worry. What if my parts are so closely scrutinized that they discover I display certain incongruities? I've seen first hand what people are capable of, before I looked like everyone else.I shouldn't have to worry that someone might let me die, but I do.
I am deeply moved by your story. No person should have to fear neglect or abuse from the medical community. Thank you so much for visiting and sharing with The Colonic.
