The Center For Inquiry promotes secular humanism and freedom of thought, focusing on culture, science, and public policy. But I am much more excited to learn about chapters in different states. Finally, people with whom to meet and speak freely. Since I'm leaving Washing DC soon, I will wait until I get home to meet some of the one-million skeptics, humanists, and other rationalists in the Greater Los Angeles.
Peruse the website; there are centers and communities throughout the country. I am so excited.
