Risky teenager behavior--including smoking, marijuana, not wearing seat belts, and sex--is at an all time low.
Right. Because we have such accurate statistics, and we have such an open and taboo-free culture of discussion that teenagers are lining up in the streets to confess their "dirty" deeds.
The racial divides in the report are particularly thrilling.
