Guantanamo: The Prequel

very interesting read: While what would have served as legal precedent in establishing the Constitution as applicable in Guantanamo was vacated (there's a fun story behind that one--check out the article), on Wednesday, the Supreme Court will consider whether detainees at the naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, can go to U.S. courts to challenge their confinement.
